General Terms
Carefully consider the product before purchasing as all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

Unique Products
Please note that the merchandise found on this website are all hand made and therefore no two are alike. There will likely be slight color variations, however, this does not take away from the beauty of the product in any way.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress and PayPal account payments through the secure PayPal payment system for our online shopping cart. PayPal is the world's largest and most widely recognized Internet-based payment network. You do not need to have or establish a PayPal account to make purchases. You simply use your credit card to check out your shopping cart and the order will be processed through PayPal, or use your existing PayPal account to make the payment. We do not receive any of your credit card information, only your shipping address and the info for the items that you purchased.

After your payment has been confirmed your order will be processed. An email will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to delay the shipment on ALL orders exceeding US $200 in order to satisfy that the payment is authentic.

Shipping Guidelines
We do not charge a separate shipping charge for your order. All packages are shipped using standard shipping options utilizing the services of the Post Office. We do not offer express shipping. We are given estimated delivery time by the Post Office which might vary by a few days. We utilize the following shipping option:

Airmail Parcel: Your goods should reach you within 17 to 25 days of posting depending on your proximity to Jamaica.

We make every effort to ensure that all items are properly packaged to eliminate breakage, therefore, processing Time of all orders can take up to 2 business days.

Delivery Guidelines & Conditions
We ask each customer to send us an email when the order is received so that we are satisfied that the items were received in good condition. An order is considered delivered after one (1) calendar month unless otherwise informed by the customer.

We are not liable and therefore cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost in delivery due to incorrect addresses received from customers.

Returns/Replacement/ Refunds
We will accept and absorb the cost for returned shipments only if the items have been damaged during shipping, are defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. In such cases Sara David Jamaican Crafts Importers will ship the replacement items at its own expense.

In the event that an item is missing from your package or the order is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package and inform us of what is missing or incorrect so we can quickly rectify the situation.

Refunds based on late delivery will NOT be made as Sara David Jamaican Crafts Importers do not have control over the operations of the shipper.

Customers will not receive a refund for packages that they did not claim and said package was returned to Sara David Jamaican Craft. See Reshipment Guidelines for more information.

Reshipment Guidelines
We may reship unclaimed items returned to Sara David Jamaican Crafts, however, the customer will be charged the full cost for shipping payable in advance.

Custom Duties (If Applicable)
All goods being bought into a country is subject to custom duties if they are deemed to be of a commercial nature. Sara David Jamaican Crafts Importers is not responsible for custom duties imposed on any items purchased from our company. Goods bought for personal use or as gifts are much less likely to incur duties.

Restrictions (If Applicable)
We are not responsible for items that are held by the receiver's Custom Department as a result of said item being on a restricted list of the receiver's country. Please familiarize yourself with your country's policies relating to the items being offered on our site.
